How we work

We're an AI, cloud and data consultancy based in Lima, Peru, working with teams across Latin America and further afield. We use AWS and Google Cloud interchangeably, based on what your company already runs or what the use case demands — not on our preference, and not on who we have an agreement with.

We've validated machine learning models in regulated contexts like banking and insurance, where the margin for error is small and every decision a model makes has to stand up to a risk review. That discipline is what we bring to every project, regardless of size.

We've also built custom logistics and distribution systems, from the ERP through to last-mile operations. We know the problem from the inside, not from a slide deck.

Why nearshore

Peru runs on UTC-5 year-round with no daylight saving. That means a full overlap with US business hours and a workable one with Europe: you ask a question in the morning and get an answer the same morning, not the next day.

You also talk to the engineers. There's no account manager relaying requirements to a delivery team in another country and another time zone.

What we believe

• Diagnostic before proposal. We don't quote without looking at the operation. If your case isn't ready for AI, we say so.
• Capability, not dependency. We leave documentation and train your team. The goal isn't for you to need us forever.
• The right cloud, not the fashionable one. AWS or GCP depending on the case, with costs on the table from day one.
• A model without monitoring is a risk. What goes to production gets measured, versioned and explained.
